Refund and Returns Policy

At NewPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return most items for a refund or exchange. Please review the policy below for details on how to return products, the eligibility requirements, and the process involved.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Return Window:
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of the Product:
    To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged, opened, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return or refund.

  • Non-returnable Items:
    Some items are non-returnable, including:

    • Clearance or sale items (unless otherwise stated)
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable goods (if applicable)

2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@newspariz.com or call (318) 472-9093 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your request, we will review your return and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns without a valid RA number will not be processed.

  3. Pack Your Item:
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the item is packed safely to prevent damage during return shipping.

  4. Ship the Item Back:
    After receiving the RA number, ship the item back to the address we provide. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item).

  5. Proof of Return:
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. NewPariz is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.


3. Refund Process

  • Processing Your Refund:
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Timeframe:
    Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. Refunds may take longer depending on your financial institution or payment method.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, you may receive a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts that were included in the original packaging. You will be notified of this decision before the refund is processed.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the item you would like. We cannot guarantee that we will have the replacement item in stock by the time we process your return.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Photos:
    Please send us clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number and description of the issue. This will help us process your return or exchange quickly.

  3. Return or Replacement:
    We will offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you, depending on your preference.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping Fees:
    Unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Free Return Shipping:
    In cases where you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, NewPariz will cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided to you.


7. International Returns

For international customers, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. However, please be aware that:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties or taxes may apply for returns, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
